About
Stockpolly is a US stock dashboard for retail investors. A retail investor needs to check only a few things each day: how the market moved, what happened to the stocks they follow, and where their portfolio stands. We left out the heavy features beyond that and put what’s needed on a single screen. The few thousand stories that come out every day are held to the same standard, and only the ones worth a closer look make it through.
Built on agents
Stockpolly works through agents, and the dashboard is the bridge between them and the user. The watchlists and portfolios a user keeps on the dashboard are what the agents work from, and whatever the agents do comes back to the dashboard for the user to check.
Limitations
Stockpolly doesn’t yet support real-time quotes or prices outside regular hours, such as overnight trading. We’ll keep working to add them.
Our goals
The goal is that good information stops being work to get and work to read: a retail investor should find it in a minute and understand it without training. The longer goal is trust. The day Polly can be left alone with a question is the day everyone has an analyst of their own.
